Project Time Limits
Private partnership agreements shall be valid for ten (10) calendar days from the date of execution, unless otherwise provided for within the agreement.
Any variation or extension of the contract requires timely and written notification to the relevant department, which will review the request and provide approval where necessary. Failure to follow the notification procedure may affect the validity and performance of the contract.
The company reserves the right to revise or modify the project timelines, if deemed necessary, always ensuring transparency and the proper functioning of its contractual obligations.
