Vibrand Refund Policy

In Vibrand, we are committed to providing high quality services and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. To maintain transparency and ensure smooth cooperation, the following refund policy applies:

Deposit:
A deposit is required at the beginning of each project, which is non-refundable. The deposit ensures the allocation of the resources necessary for the execution of the project and ensures the smooth start of our cooperation. Therefore, any cancellation after payment of the deposit does not give the customer the right to a refund.

Exemption Invoice:
With the full payment of the invoice, the customer confirms the acceptance of the project and acknowledges that the delivered project meets the agreed specifications. Once the invoice has been paid, the project is considered completed and delivered in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Full payment constitutes acceptance by the customer, and no refund requests will be accepted.

This refund policy applies to all projects undertaken by Vibrand and is an integral part of our terms of cooperation.
